Malware and Harmful File Uploads
Uploading files that have potential to endanger either users of TRupload or the website itself are strictly prohibited.
Nudity and Grotesque Images
TRupload will not host any images considered pornographic or grotesque. We ask that you please excercise maturity and responsibility when uploading. If you are unsure as to whether or not an image violates this term, please refrain from uploading it.
Stealing
Any upload that is reported stolen with proof will be removed upon investigation, and the uploader will be banned. TRupload is NOT responsible for stolen files, so please upload carefully!
File Privacy and Searching
Although TRuploader has many privacy options, we cannot promise you that your file will never be found. By using our service, you hereby agree that you are aware of this risk and agree to share your file among public domain. If you are not comfortable with sharing your image, we ask that you please do not upload it.
We reserve the right to delete ANY file
TRuploader maintains the right to delete ANY file without warning. If a file violates any of the above terms, we also maintain the right to restrict the uploader from further use of our services. By uploading a file you are declaring that you are aware of this possiblity.
